We are a small publishing firm specializing in books on Hindu spirituality, such as the Bhagavad Gita. Two months ago we faced a crisis. We were confronting a strict deadline for the publication of our next book and our in-house formatter suddenly became unavailable. In desperation, I turned to Google and quickly found Polgarus Studio, located in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia. Having had great past experiences with Aussies I decided to give Polgarus a try, and this turned out to be one of the best publishing decisions I’ve made.
Apart from Jason Anderson’s excellent formatting skills and the speed with which he executes all tasks, the experience of working with him was extremely pleasant due to his cordial, cooperative nature. Although, due to my own inexperience, we went through many drafts of print, e-pub, and Kindle versions of the text, Jason never lost patience, remaining extremely responsive and accommodating at all times. Moreover, the costs for their services are highly reasonable, to say the least.
We now intend to use Polgarus Studio for all of our formatting needs!
