Jason did a wonderful job formatting for us. He promptly returns all correspondence and formatted our book for all the different versions, including CreateSpace, within days. He also did a lot of post-formatting updates at no extra charge when our first batch of readers discovered the inevitable typos that slipped through. I would recommend Jason to anyone who is planning to self-publish a book. As someone who goes cross-eyed trying to format my MS’s on my own, Jason’s reasonable prices are hugely worth it to not have to format myself.
