Through online research, I discovered that Polgarus Studios came highly recommended and through working with them, I can attest to why that is. I contacted Marina who was very welcoming, took the time to carefully lay out the steps of how the process would go, which provided me with a sense of comfort and handed me over to Jason.
This being my debut book, I was undereducated about all things formatting and publishing a platform which were the two services that I requested of Polgarus Studios. Jason was extremely patient with my ignorance and took the time out to make me aware and educate me about the different platforms and how they work. Jason was willing to keep adjusting the formatting style until it suited my liking. Also, Jason’s turn around time to responding to my emails were amazing considering that we live in completely different time zones. When we started, I provided Jason with a deadline that I was aiming for and he ensured that we met it without watering down the quality of the work he provided to me. Moving forward, I will most certainly be utilizing Polgarus Studios services for my books to come. I can for sure say that I have a found my Formatting family.
