I chose to have my book formatted because I wanted the assurance that the time I’d spent writing and editing my work would not be wasted due to poor presentation. This is the first ebook that I’ve published, so I wanted someone with experience to guide me through the process.
Jason has that experience and was able to advise me on the best options available, he corrected and enhanced what I wanted, and in a very timely fashion. He was very patient with all of my newbie questions and his customer service is excellent. This is always important, Jason is very good value for money in my opinion.
