Jason and Marina are awesome! Let me tell you why.
Having spent hours searching the internet for a company to format my debut novel, I came across Polgarus Studio, and pinged a prospecting query in their direction. Now, I am in the UK and they are in Australia, and being new to this game, I anticipated delays and frustration. Not a bit of it – if anything, I found the time difference to work in my favour; I’d send them a query or document one day, go to bed, wake-up and receive the reply. Can it get much better than that? Marina answered my initial query and questions, filling me with confidence that I was dealing with a professional, friendly set-up (I had already read their very impressive reviews, so I knew I was in safe hands). After exchanging a couple of emails, Jason then replied with a draft, formatted document in just a couple of days! I have to be honest, I probably didn’t make it easy for Jason and Marina, finding errors (ON MY PART) that required changing, but they were made with no fuss, and with no additional delay. I was highly impressed with the speed and quality of their service, and that continued right to the end, just nine days later, when I was the proud owner of extremely professional, eBook (mobi and ePub), Print (Createspace and Ingram Spark), and Smashwords formats of my book.
I cannot recommend Marina and Jason enough. I feel like I have discovered something special, at a time of great anxiety and uncertainty in my novice, publishing career. I have no hesitation using them again, and again, and again, they really are that good! I will also check out their new editing services when the time comes, if the formatting is a benchmark of quality, then it will be a no-brainer!
