I approached Polgarus Studio to get a quote on eBook formatting for my memoir that included photos as well as text. I knew it was a somewhat different piece of work than for novels or other books. Jason quickly gave me a proper quote and a timeframe for completing the work if I chose to go with Polgarus. In a very brief amount of time, Jason came back with an initial version for me to check. I found only a handful of things to change, and most of them were my own mistakes. He then returned the corrected version the next day.
