Let me start by saying Jason is phenomenal and I cannot recommend him highly enough. His work is exceptional, his responsiveness is first-rate, and the finished product is gorgeous — beyond what I had even hoped for (and I am not exaggerating when I say that). Jason really saved me from a tough situation (and I am not exaggerating when I say that either). Before I reached out to him, I had been racing the clock against a crushing deadline and had nearly given up hope on being able to pull things together in time. That’s when several people on a message board recommended Jason to me. When I contacted him, he immediately put my mind at ease and was able to turn around not one, but two formatted manuscripts on an incredibly tight schedule. And these were no ordinary manuscripts. Both of them had fiddly bits of formatting that defied and overwhelmed the capabilities of every piece of software I had been attempting to use on my own; and one of those manuscripts also included an avalanche of complicated tables and illustrations that I feared would never read cleanly on an e-reader. But neither manuscript was a problem for Jason. He did a fantastic job on each, and he was quick to respond when I had a few last minute corrections that needed to be made.
